Kirin

Kirin is a sushi restaurant with a great ocean view of Akashi Kaikyo Ohashi Bridge, the longest suspension bridge in the world. We can enjoy elaborated Edomae Zushi (one of the style of sushi cooking which became popular in old Tokyo) of mainly seafood of Awaji Island. I like their sushi for its size is good for me, and they're excellent with sake drinks. The lunch is only for reservation and two-shift system.

A wonderful location you can see the impressive Akashi Strait Bride over the counter. They use in-season seafood caught here in Akashi Strait which is one of the best fisheries in Japan. Moreover, the rice and vinegar they use are also made in Awaji, that produces the superb sushi with full of Awaji blessings.

This is real abilities of seafood grown in Akashi strait! These fresh fish let you know the real SUSHI. For seasonings, they use sudachi and yuzu, Japanese citrus fruits, or ume, pickled plum, which make their sushi a little different from others. Besides, the modern interior is one of the reason for their popularity.

I had roast beef bowl and Temari sushi. Roast beef bowl with foie gras topping added. The Temari sushi set is a luxurious lunch set with roast beef sushi, seafood Temari sushi and small bowls. There is also a take-out menu where you can enjoy the roast beef that melts at home.

At the counter seats, the sight of the chef making sushi makes you feel excited. I had a meat sushi lunch. The sweetness of beef tendon meat that has been cooked for a long time spreads throughout your mouth. Alfonsino with a fragrant aroma. Fatty sirloin that melts in your mouth. Ostrich sushi, perfect for game lovers.

It's a long standing sushi restaurant started more than 300 years ago since Edo period. It's carefully and sophisticatedly cook, and I can say only 'delicious'. You can eat them at a restaurant directly connected with Osaka Station and which you can access without getting wet even in a rainy day.◎Located at 19F of HOTEL GRANVIA OSAKA. They can adjust the amount according to you, and its hospitality is one of their fascinations.

I could feel directly the taste fresh seafood of Akashi, one of the best fisheries in Japan. Vinegared rice, soy sauce and salt take supporting roles to bring out the flavors of seafood. It can be possible to enjoy Akashi Sushi that makes the most of the foodstuffs simply, because Akashi has the high quality seafood.

Sushi restaurant with a spectacular view of the ocean on Awaji Island. Enjoy carefully selected delicious sushi such as aged fatty tuna and rare conger eel sashimi while looking out at the ocean. In addition to the counter, there are also tables and private rooms with ocean views, making this a restaurant that families can enjoy. *Lunch: 12 rolls of omakase nigiri for 7,700 yen. *The store is located at the back of Iwaya Port, so it's a little difficult to find.
