We can see the amazing blue Nemophila fields even we look from the bottom or above. It'll be better to visit before the Golden Week Holidays (long successive holidays from late April to early May). Also, the best season of Nemophila is around those days.

Hydrangea is in full bloom at Sumida Park. Hydrangeas are blooming everywhere in this park, and I was able to take pictures with the Sky Tree on the immediate side. It's about a 10-minute walk from Asakusa station, so I arrived at the park as soon as I walked while enjoying the scenery.
