It is a bar in The Hotel Seiryu on the way to Shimizuzaka. The indoor seats are chic and nice, but the rooftop bar is Kyoto! It is a superb view overlooking the Yasaka Tower of Hokanji Temple, Kyoto Tower, Kiyomizu Temple, and Ryozankannon! Personally, the sunset time is romantic and recommended.
