Fluffy French toast. It's not a melting French toast, but the perfect way to soak the dough to bring out the umami of the bread. With plenty of strawberries and three types of ice cream to choose from, I chose pistachio without hesitation. Sweet strawberries, fragrant pistachio ice cream, and plenty of maple syrup will make you happy.
