A peach parfait with a big impact that feels like a peach the moment it is served. The petal-shaped peaches on the top are soft and sweet from Okayama prefecture. The peaches on the bottom are from Yamanashi Prefecture and have a chewy texture and are lightly sweetened. Both are fresh and delicious. It was a parfait that did not interfere with the deliciousness of the peach.
