Ikuta Forest is located in the precinct of Ikuta Shrine. Here's said to have become a field of Gempei Battle(Genji-Heike War), but now, it's popular as a spiritual power spot. Many people enjoy water-lot and get some advices for good marriage.◎Receive water-lot at shrine office and bring it to Ikuta Forest. Find a notice board, soak the lot in the pond, then you can get the advices. You can tie it on the fixed place or bring it home.

Hydrangea blooming on the glass. Fluffy crème d'ange, a jelly ball containing edible flowers. The lavender-blue petal-like jelly glitters like a rain-soaked hydrangea. When syrup is applied, the color of the petals changes. Refreshing sweets that blow away the damp feeling of the rainy season.

At the beginning of this season's strawberries, the retro cute "Moore House". First to arrive 30 minutes before opening. Ten minutes before the store opened, there were already 7 or 8 groups in line. The crispy millefeuille dough is crispy with a knife and is very easy to eat. The custard cream, which is not too heavy, is in perfect harmony with the sweet and sour strawberries. The size is a little large, but it's light enough to fit.

Napoleon pie that appears for a limited time from April 29th to May 8th, 2022. The colorful cross section of the large cut fruit is so cute. Strawberries, kiwi, pink grapefruit, orange, delicious custard cream, and zack zaku pie are insanely delicious. If you like pies, please try it.

Ravo Bake Coffee's strawberry cake is offered only 25 cups a day. It's not too sweet, and its size is good for me to eat it up. They will be sold out on holidays, so visit early!

A dome-shaped observatory made of Japanese cypress that looks like a work of art on Mt. Rokko. The appearance is also nice, but if you go down the stairs to the basement, there is a wind room that is the trunk of the observatory. The inside of the Rokko Shidare tube is as cold as a cave, and the wind seems to play music. When you look up, it's a wonderful space with fantastic light coming in.

I went to Rokkosan Alpine Botanical Garden to see a rare plant 'False Anemone' that is called 'fairy of forest'. False Anemone is grown like wild ones, and its small and lovely flowers healed me so much. I could enjoy the botanical garden all day long.

Rokko Meets Art Art Walk currently being held. Unique artists exhibit their works. An event that conveys the charm of contemporary art from Rokko. At the Rokko Forest Sound Museum, there is a cute work by Aoi Takai that depicts nature holding a party like a human being. A trip to experience the wonderful works and the air of Mt. Rokko in autumn is the best.

Italian restaurant 'GIANCALDO' is located on Mt.Suwa, about 15min by car from San'nomiya. The dishes made from foodstuffs from all over the world and also locally grown ones are as beautiful as Kobe city view seen from the big windows. Italy House has a very elegant café suggestive of a garden in Europe. I was surprised that such a world existed inside of a high wall. Anyway, because of it's Italy, cafe latte is a genuine one and we also enjoy many other coffee menus.◎Entrance fee to Italy House is 700yen, but you don't need it for only café use. It's an ideal place for people want to take time to enjoy café in Kitano.
