Aman Tokyo offers an afternoon tea "Very Berry Garden" which you can enjoy plenty of strawberry sweets. Select four of the six types of petit sweets and arrange them together on the stand with the strawberries. I was able to enjoy them leisurely while watching the great view.

This parfait changes with the seasons. Mango parfait in June. The passion fruit shoe on the top has a big impact. Even though there are 4 of them, it's not boring at all and it's refreshing. And mangoes are sweet and juicy. The lime jelly and pineapple compote give a sour taste, but it's not too strong and doesn't interfere with the parfait. It was a perfect parfait that struck me personally.
