At the hotel's dining room, which resembles an art museum, we had ``Naughty Black Cat's Halloween Afternoon Tea''. As the name suggests, there are a variety of Halloween-themed sweets, including a roll cake with a black cat on it. Another great thing about this dish is that it uses plenty of autumn flavors.
