Kansai Michelin-winning dandan noodles landed in Tokyo for the first time. I ordered "meat cheese dandan noodles". Cheese and egg yolk are lined up on top of the soupless dandan noodles, and roast beef is lined up around it. I made it medium spicy because I could choose the spiciness, but it was quite spicy. You can enjoy it by wrapping roast beef or changing the taste with spices on the table.
