Coppa Fiore limited to 5 meals a day, this time the theme is hydrangea. Lemon madeleine and crocacante are placed on top of a soft gelée made with the hotel's homemade cherry jam, the extract of Nadeshiko flowers, and the scent of parfait. Purple eddy full flowers such as violets are spread inside the candy ring that imitates hydrangea. Adult luxurious parfait.

Afternoon tea featuring peaches from Hyatt Regency Yokohama. A refreshing glass dessert that combines carbonated champagne gelée and juicy peaches, Super Champagne Petche has a strong alcoholic taste and a mature taste. Chantipeche wrapped in sweet meringue is my favorite.
