It had a higher fat content than ice cream and was very smooth and rich. If it's a Sunday and topping, it's better than soft serve ice cream. I made it an affogato with espresso. Unlike ordinary ice cream, it takes about 3 hours to remake it. If you have a chance, you should definitely try the North American summer specialties that you can't easily eat in Japan.
