Aizu Picture-Candle is one of the traditional crafts of Aizu (the western part of Fukushima Prefecture). At some places in the city, such as Tsuruga-jo Castle and Oyaku-en Garden, we can enjoy seeing 'Aizu Fantastic Silhouette' lighted by 10 thousand candles in the snowy landscape.
I enjoyed seeing cherry blossoms and a gallant castle tower against the background of blue sky and illuminated night sky. I want to come again next year, too.◎Tsuruga Castle Cherry Blossom Festival 4/6-5/5
