The spilled strawberry parfait that was popular last year has been updated! I'm so happy that the strawberries spilled all over my plate. There were two layers of yogurt ice cream inside, so it had a very refreshing taste. The top is light, so eating it with the berry marinade or jelly on the bottom creates the best balance.
