Reviews
Delicious warabi mochi at a registered tangible cultural property shop. Once you step inside, the space spreads out as if you were transported back in time. As you walk down the corridor, you can see a splendid garden through the windows, and the finest warabi mochi, flower warabi, and roasted green tea, served in a splendid mansion steeped in history.
Sakura Warabi Mochi for Limited TimeRokujuan
The shop has already become a hot topic since its grand opening in March. Sakura warabi mochi is available for a limited time. The pink cherry blossoms are very cute with a chewy texture. Sakura warabi mochi ¥1,650 (tax included)
Kyoto-style Flower Sweets, Beautiful Japanese Gardens and “Hanawarabi”Rokujuan
Hana Warabi is the finest warabi mochi that you can enjoy while looking out at the beautiful Japanese garden of a mansion designated as a registered tangible cultural property. When soaked in soybean flour or brown sugar syrup, it has a refreshing and elegant sweetness that will soothe you. After your meal, you can borrow a Japanese umbrella and take photos in the garden in the back, which is recommended for a cafe time while walking around Kyoto in a kimono.
