The Amakusa Cuisine! Gorgeous Three Meals Of Amakusa's Special Foodstuffs & The Local TasteIshiyama Rikyu Gosoku-no-kutsu

Breakfast at a scenic terrace, an optional obento (lunch in a box) to bring together for a history exploration drive, and dinner at an elaborate private room. All of the three meals use the locally grown foodstuffs such as the seafood in sea of Amakusa, chicken named 'Amakusa Daio' and also the pork. These menus have a kind of stories and entertain both our eyes and mouths!

A Sigh For Supreme Bliss! An Open-air Bath With Scenery Of The Sun Setting Over The Sea Of AmakusaIshiyama Rikyu Gosoku-no-kutsu

The room condenses all desires that people have for a hidden hotel from the bustle of big cities! The inside and outside baths with two appeals of stylish and rustic use hot spring water directly from the source without circulation. Soaking in a private onsen, you can see the supreme scenery of the setting sun over the Amakusa-nishi seashore.

The Catholic Church? A Fishing Village? The Landscape Makes You Feel Like To Walk Around AmakusaIshiyama Rikyu Gosoku-no-kutsu

The corridor to the statue of Holy Mother And Child, a passage with bump-out windows of boathouse structure, and a slope surrounded with evergreens seen especially in Amakusa. Here is a path going to the dining room and rooms in the detached building. It's the same as the path five great writers like Kitahara Hakushu walked, and the hotel's name (Gosoku-no kutsu means 5 pairs of shoes) is derived from that. Just walking around, I feel the nostalgia of Amakusa.
