Ritsurin Garden's autumn illumination is one of the events that I recommend to visit every year. It's near the central of the city and has an easy access from both Takamatsu Station and airport. This illumination is held for limited 10 days, 11/19-11/28 in 2016!

Kagawa's best autumn scenery, Kankakei Gorge. The beautiful and impressive view can be seen from the observatory as high as the top of Tokyo Sky Tree. Takatori Observatory offers the superb view!

The pilgrimage of Shikoku has become a little boom. Among the 88 temples, Okubo-ji Temple is the last one. And it's also famous as a fall foliage spot. There're many tall trees and the precinct wrapped with red and yellow is very beautiful.◎The contrast of green and red is beautiful. The best season is the beginning of November.

At the highest mountain Washigamine in Megijima, the observatory commands a panoramic view of Seto Inland Sea, and what's more, fall foliage together. It's one of the things to see when you travel in the islands of Setouchi Area.◎It's located above Onigashima Cave. Access: take a bus to the cave and go up the steps.

A huge gingko trees of Kagawa Prefecture's natural monument whose age is estimated to be over 600 years old and the height is 33 meters. You can see the golden world of fall foliage all around the trees in autumn. There're lovely Ema ( you can write your wish on Ema and hang in the shrine) of gingko leaves.◎Best season is the first half of November. Free parking lot is available.

Sanuki City, Kanzaki Area has cosmos fields in places. One of them is called 'Cosmos Field In Front Of Yoshida Family's House'. It's not so large but we can see the cosmos and trains together. ◎No parking area. It's located near a popular udon noodle restaurant 'Maharo', cross a bridge and find it between fields.

Kanzaki Area, belongs to Sanuki city Kagawa Prefecture, has planted cosmos, and we can see cosmos fields here and there in this town. The cosmos field beside Noma Pond is the largest among the others, we can meet the peaceful and photogenic landscape.◎There's an area to park cars. Cosmos becomes in its best in the early half of November. Though there's no sign, it's located southeast of Noma Pond, and you can find it soon.
