I went to Melon Afternoon Tea at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo Otemachi. Sweets and melons, savory and melons, a luxurious afternoon tea made with melons. The scone is also a cute little melon bread.

The cafe is available without a reservation and serves reasonable lunch even at Aman. But it is particular about ingredients and cooking method.

Aman's autumn afternoon tea with a great impact on the first stage mushrooms. The mushroom was a cheese and chocolate souffle cake, and the bottom was excellent with white chocolate and raspberry sauce. It was fun to have sukiyaki in the savory, and it was cute with cotton candy on it.

This parfait changes with the seasons. Mango parfait in June. The passion fruit shoe on the top has a big impact. Even though there are 4 of them, it's not boring at all and it's refreshing. And mangoes are sweet and juicy. The lime jelly and pineapple compote give a sour taste, but it's not too strong and doesn't interfere with the parfait. It was a perfect parfait that struck me personally.
