Surprised At The Secret Food In Tosayama. The Auberge's Superb Dinner


I was surprised at the quality of foodstuffs grown in Tosayama, an inner place of Kochi. Fresh vegetables, savory meat and surprisingly dense egg 'Tosa-jiro'. Almost all of them, even the seasonings, are made in Tosayama. We enjoyed wonderful dinner whose display also reminded us of the Tosayama scenery.
