A shop that opened on the second basement floor of the second building in front of Osaka Station. Morioka reimen is served during the day, and tongue shabu is also available at night, so I got it and it was excellent! It's thick, soft, and greasy. This is the first time I thought tongue shabu was so delicious. Even the noodles at the end were great.

I visited Umeda's "Yakiniku Jack" before, and I was told that a new menu item had come out, so I revisited it. “Chandelier truffle yukhoe” that looks too luxurious, and the exciting “whole grilled tongue”. Both must be reserved at least one day in advance, but are a gem worth ordering.

"Yakiniku Uchida" located in front of Ishibashi Osaka University is a sister restaurant of "Yakiniku Nindoki" which became very popular for its "thick-sliced green onion wrapped tongue". Not only the tongue, but also the "Japanese beef tataki" made by grilling a huge chunk of meat, everything you eat is delicious! What's more, even though it uses high-quality Wagyu beef, it was reasonably priced, and it was seriously the best.
