In Hachijyo Island, the Kuroshio Current flows nearby, kusaya is a natural fermented food and has hundreds of years history. There is a casual eating house in the corner of a factory. Except for kusaya, row whitebait, alfonsino, seasonal fish they provide by a set meal.
